Our Warranty Policy

We offer 1-year Full Coverage Warranty, followed by a 4-Year Limited Warranty. This covers defects in the material on kitchen cabinets and doors: valid from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt and/or contract is required as proof of purchase.

What is covered under this limited warranty? 

• Cabinets 
• Fronts 
• Hinges 
• Fully-Extending Drawers 
• Shelves of Tempered Glass and Melamine 
• Legs and Toe-Kicks 
• Cover Panels 
• Deco Strips/Mouldings

What is NOT covered by this limited warranty are: 

• Knobs, Handles, Countertops
• Normal wear and tear: stains, cuts, scratches, water spots, burns and damages caused by impacts or accidents
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or products 
• Incidental or consequential damages 
• protection against natural causes (i.e., fire, flood, tornado, etc.) 
• Failure to comply with care instructions

NOTE: Warranty within the contract supersedes warranty on website.
